Are your perfumes alcohol-free?

How long do Just Habibi fragrances last?

Our attars and concentrated perfumes typically last 6–10 hours on skin and even longer on fabric. For best longevity, apply to pulse points — wrists, neck, and behind the ears — on moisturised skin.

How do I store my perfume properly?

Store your fragrances in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid keeping them in bathrooms where humidity can degrade the scent. Keep the cap tightly closed when not in use. Properly stored, our attars and perfumes retain their quality for 2–3 years or more.

How can I track my order?

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to 29+ countries worldwide, including India, UAE, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Singapore, and more. International orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing your order, provided it has not yet been fulfilled. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via our Contact page.

Is there a return policy for perfumes?

Due to the personal nature of fragrances, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly. Unopened products in original packaging may be eligible for return — please contact us to discuss.
